ABOUT THE JOB If you're passionate about agriculture and ready to make a real impact in the seed industry, Helena's Seed Manager role for our Western Business Unit (WBU) offers a unique opportunity. Unlike our competitors, Helena doesn't push a private label seed brand--giving you the freedom to promote the best genetics from leading global innovators without bias. As Seed Manager, you'll be the subject matter expert shaping sales, marketing, and vendor relationships across the WBU ensuring consistency and excellence, all while working closely with the Business Unit Vice President, Division Managers and top-tier suppliers. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives on collaboration, strategic thinking, and driving growth. Salary range is $85,000-120,000. This is a bonus eligible position. Successful completion of a drug test and background check is required for all positions at Helena. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ASPECTS OF THE JOB The work environment for this position is that of a typical office environment where the noise level is mostly quiet.
