Other support functions include: responsible person to ensure equipment maintenance and calibration performed, analytical method development, validation, method transfer. The successful incumbent ensures the analytical testing procedures are safe, effective, and compliant. Major responsibilities:
The Associate Scientist Analytical Development is responsible for supporting new product development with analytical method development and testing. Has working knowledge in stability testing. The position interacts closely with the sun care formulation development and process scientists to provide physical testing and characterization of new developmental formulas leading to novel new products for sun care and other topical derma formulations Qualitfications:O A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or international equivalent with 1 or more years of experience. O A Master's degree in Chemistry or international equivalent with 1 or more years of experience. O A Ph.D. in Chemistry with postdoctoral or international equivalent O PC Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. O Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and competing priorities. O Strong interpersonal skills. O Highly demonstrated organizational skills. O Ability to work with employees at all levels within organization.
