The Team The Global Health (GH) Office of the President (OoP) strives to deliver information, tools, and resources in support of the GH President and Division. We aim to foster an environment of informed and constructive dialogue that facilitates continuous learning and optimization. With the OoP, the Special Initiatives group supports senior leadership on high-impact, cross-divisional initiatives and rapid response issues.The Global Health Division harnesses advances in science and technology to save lives in low- and middle-income countries. We focus on high-impact health challenges that receive insufficient attention and funding. Our work spans from disease prevention and treatment to investments in vaccines, drugs, and diagnostics, ensuring sustainable delivery of proven health solutions. *This position is a limited-term position for 24 months. Relocation will be provided. Your Role As an Officer, Strategy, Planning and Management, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive impact across the foundation. This role requires a high degree of flexibility and comfort with ambiguity, as you will be expected to operate in a variety of different capacities depending on organizational needs. You will be working with the Deputy Director, Special Initiatives, to incubate new ideas, support select Presidential priority programs and facilitate cross-cutting collaboration across the division and the foundation. You will be responsible for managing high-impact projects, collaborating with leadership teams, providing analytical and strategic insights, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. Your Experience
*Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship. The salary range for this role is $140,200.00 to $210,200.00 USD. We recognize high-wage market differences in Seattle and Washington D.C., where our offices are located. The range for this role in these locations is $152,800.00 to $229,200.00 USD. As a mission-driven organization, we strive to balance competitive pay with our mission. New hire salaries are typically between the salary range minimum and midpoint. Actual placement in the range will depend on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process.
