This role coordinates system wide activities, ensuring safety of patients and staff, and maintains objectives, mission, and values established by corporate administration for these services. The Regional Corporate Director also works collaboratively with administration and leadership at the facility level. This role directs all human resource functions of the department including overseeing training and ensuring staff competencies and safe staffing levels. The Regional Corporate Director directs and manages budget to meet department, organizational and patient safety goals and ensures regulatory compliance. #LI-RK1 Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Required qualifications: * Associates Degree, Graduate of an AMA or JRCERT accredited program in radiologic technology Preferred qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $165,000.00 to $195,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
