The Salesforce Manager is a key role focused on managing the Salesforce platform and the supporting team in alignment with the Applications Team at IMA. This individual will identify and implement solutions that streamline operations, improve sales engagement, and support scalable growth, strategically advancing our sales and service capabilities and ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation and efficiency. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Supports and demonstrates IMA's core values
- Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates.
- Operates as a Product Owner for the Salesforce solution to provide guidance and strategy on the current and future use of the platform
- Manages the Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Developer roles within the Applications Team
- Stays up to date on the latest offerings and enhancements from Salesforce and how they can be applied to deliver business value to IMA.
- Primary Business Liaison to proactively identify, analyze and document business requirements translating them into application solutions
- Provides Salesforce compliance and utilization improvement to ensure data accuracy and a streamlined sales and service process in conjunction with business partners
- Provides direction to IT Support regarding Salesforce
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS include but are not limited to:
- 7+ years' Salesforce working experience, preferably with Financial Service Cloud as well as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Required: Prior experience in implementing Salesforce projects
- Required: Prior experience in defining and documenting business requirements and translating into Salesforce strategy
- Experience with content management and sales tools
- Ability to build internal relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS include but are not limited to:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with content management and sales tools, preferably in a financial or insurance organization
