(This role has a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days flex-remote)

The UHS Corporate Marketing Department is seeking a SEO Coordinator to provide SEO support for web maintenance and special web projects.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Coordinate SEO request to proper SEO Team member to complete. Support search engine optimization recommendations to existing website copy to include placing keywords appropriately in copy to gain organic search engine traffic.

  • Work with other members of the department daily to support department strategic marketing messages for all UHS websites.

  • Review and utilize SEO tools and systems to enhance both onsite and offsite SEO value.

  • Keep pace with SEO and internet marketing industry trends and developments.

  • Manage business listings for all UHS entities to help improve listing accuracy and follow search engine business listing best practices.

  • Troubleshoot business listings issues such as mistakenly closed listings, reporting photos that violates directory listing guidelines, auditing directory listing Question & Answers sections, collaborating with Online Reputation Management Team to audit facility listings with third party vendor directory & review management tools.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 1-3 years of marketing experience preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related business field
  • Experience optimizing with SEO tools such as Moz.com, Raven Tools, SEMrush, Majestic SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
  • Expertise with keyword analysis using tools like Google Keyword Planner
  • Working knowledge of CSS and HTML to style content
  • Comfortable writing or modifying basic HTML and CSS
  • Interest in helping teams understand how their work affects SEO
  • Understanding of current SEO best practices and search engine ranking factors
  • Familiarity with using WordPress or other CMS to manage a website
  • Familiarity of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of directory listings (Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, Bing)
  • Self starter and willing to take initiativeon projects
  • Strong attention to detail
