We are seeking a Senior Data Product Owner to drive the development and delivery of Predictive and Generative AI data products that enable sales growth, improve customer retention, and identify strategic opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of business and data, and is responsible for aligning predictive modeling capabilities with real-world business outcomes by defining requirements, managing priorities, and ensuring adoption across teams.


Responsibilities

1. Product Ownership & Roadmap Execution
  • Define and manage the product roadmap for predictive insights across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

  • Translate business needs into product features and data capabilities focused on churn prediction, cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and new logo identification.

2. Business Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical/data teams.

  • Partner with Sales leaders to ensure predictive insights are directly integrated into Salesforce and other frontline tools.

  • Gather feedback and continuously refine product features to maximize business value.

  • Monitor Generative AI experience to ensure explainability, accuracy, response time and user satisfaction
3. Predictive Insight Enablement
  • Ensure delivery of actionable insights to business units, helping them identify and act on growth opportunities, competitive threats, and customer risk factors.

  • Support the development of Product Line Maps that quantify $ opportunity by business unit or industry.

4. Data Integration & Delivery
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure predictive models are properly integrated into existing systems (e.g., SFDC) and surfaced in a business-consumable format.

  • Prioritize delivery features that support proactive customer engagement and renewal risk mitigation.

5. Adoption, Feedback & Iteration
  • Monitor usage, effectiveness, and business outcomes of data products.

  • Run feedback loops with users to enhance product functionality and adoption.

  • Champion data literacy and work closely with enablement teams to support training and onboarding.

Required:
  • 6+ years of experience in data product management, business analytics, or sales operations.

  • Proven success in defining and delivering data products that support sales, customer success, or marketing teams.

  • Strong understanding of predictive analytics concepts (e.g., churn modeling, opportunity scoring).

  • Experience working with tools such as Salesforce, Power BI/Tableau, and data platforms like Snowflake or similar.

Preferred:
  • Background in B2B, SaaS, or high-tech environments.

  • Familiarity with agile product development and tools like JIRA

  • Ability to translate business questions into structured data product features.

Pay Range:

USD $128,670.00 - USD $214,440.00 Year
