Description

The Premier Support Specialist is responsible for assisting affluent and prospective Premier members with their banking needs, focusing on both servicing and product solutions. This role is designed to provide exceptional support to Premier Financial Representatives and leadership, ensuring the success of our team and the satisfaction of our members. While it does not involve managing a book of business, it plays a crucial part in our operations.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Engage with Premier members to identify and address their complex needs through exceptional service-to-sales interactions.
  • Conduct follow-up activities for assigned and prospective members, supporting Premier Bankers to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide support for member escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Partner with other business units to ensure service and operational excellence.
  • Schedule and deliver service appointments for the Premier Program in collaboration with Premier Bankers.
  • Provide additional support for Books of Business upon Premier Leadership requests
Experience and Education Requirement:
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma
  • Minimum three years' experience as a personal banker or in a similar role, with extensive and demonstrated experience in building relationships with customers, uncovering needs, and offering solutions.
  • Exceptional listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to express ideas concisely and logically.
  • Demonstrated effective time management skills and the ability to work independently or in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience using core financial and/or customer management systems (e.g., Pega, DNA). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $26 - $30.75 per hour + annual bonus
Target Compensation in Rocklin, CA: $28.60 - $33.82 per hour + annual bonus
Target Compensation in Bellevue, WA:$28.60 - $33.82 per hour + annual bonus
