Title: Organizational Change Management Analyst

Location: Annapolis, Maryland (Local or willing to travel regularly to client site) **Remote**

Duration: Long-Term

Project Overview: The State of Maryland (SOM), in collaborative efforts, is executing a rebranding and re-launch of its Ivalua procurement software solution, followed by additional upgrades and new functionality launches. We are seeking a full-time Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to help ensure successful implementation and adoption of these changes.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Articulate and establish the Case for Change.
  • Define and execute the rebranding strategy for the Ivalua procurement software.
  • Conduct leadership alignment sessions and stakeholder analysis.
  • Develop role-based personas and assess change impact.
  • Recruit and empower a change agent network.
  • Tailor the agency enablement and localization program to fit state agencies.
  • Develop and execute the Change Management and Training Strategy.
  • Create and implement comprehensive Communications Strategy and Plan.

Candidate Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Management, Communication, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications preferred.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading organizational change management for large-scale IT implementations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to develop and sustain a network of change agents.
  • Local to Annapolis, Maryland or willing to travel regularly to the client site.
  • Public sector experience and familiarity with procurement processes preferred.


Work Environment: Frequent collaboration with SOM resources and team members. Regular travel to the client site near Annapolis, Maryland required.
