Job Overview

The Manager, Project Management works closely with the Merchant and Marketing organizations, Creative, and Production teams. They maintain, coordinate, and expedite marketing projects, ensuring all deadlines are met by the scheduled due dates from inception to completion, while maintaining strong partnerships cross-functionally. They lead direct reports and support the Sr. Manager with overall team guidance as required.

What You Will Do



  • Manage marketing campaigns and priorities from strategy planning to creative delivery.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end workflows for all media in collaboration with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Site Merchandising, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Formulate and implement solutions for unexpected roadblocks based on technical expertise and a thorough understanding of processes.
  • Lead and mentor direct reports, while also providing guidance to the larger team as needed.
  • Keep all teams informed of project status and proactively communicate any challenges that could jeopardize a project. Identify obstacles before team members are impacted, working collaboratively across all teams.
  • Lead meetings and actively participate, making contributions that positively impact the Project Management team.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
  • Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform other special assignments as required.


Skills You Will Need

Project Management: Ability to manage marketing campaigns and priorities from strategy planning to creative delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met and projects are completed successfully.

Workflow Management: Skill in developing and managing end-to-end workflows for all media, collaborating effectively with various stakeholders including Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Site Merchandising, and others.

Problem-solving: Capacity to formulate and implement solutions for unexpected roadblocks, leveraging technical expertise and a thorough understanding of processes.

Leadership and Mentorship: Ability to lead and mentor direct reports, providing guidance to the larger team as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work comfortably with cross-functional multi-level teams and strong interpersonal skills.

Independence and Initiative: Capability to work independently within a multi-functional, multi-campus team with minimal supervision, being self-motivated, and able to escalate issues as needed.

Print and Digital Knowledge: Understanding of print workflow and technologies applied to digital projects.

Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Photoshop and other relevant data management systems.

Organization and Coordination: Strong multitasking, organization, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, essential for managing multiple projects effectively.

Who You Are



  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. 5-7 years of digital project management experience with a strong preference for e-commerce.
  • Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
