Job Details: Job Summary: The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will be responsible for financial forecast and business analysis. Incumbents in this position will prepare and analyze consolidated financial plans and provide advice to senior management and business partners. Cubic's growth strategy requires expanded financial support in geographic expansion into new international territories, business process outsourcing services and strategic growth initiatives. To drive operational excellence, we are also committed to exploring and implementing innovative approaches to operate our business. The FP&A Manager is a key member of the worldwide team and provides financial assistance as needed. Incumbent will work with stakeholders to develop business cases, minimize the costs of projects assigned, and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality. This position typically works under general supervision and direction. Incumbents of this position will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority. Minimum Job Requirements: Cubic Pay Range: $55.22 - $89.73 + benefits.The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
