Department Overview

District sales offices are located throughout the state of Alabama. This area of the company markets our products primarily to groups with less than 1000 employees located in the state. District sales offices provide local customer service and support to local groups.

Primary Responsibilities

This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely accomplishment of all basic administrative duties and functions, confidential and otherwise.

Other daily responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers as they enter the building
  • Receive and post payments to accounts
  • Answering and transferring calls via switchboard
  • Other administrative duties include, but not limited to, sorting mail, manage deliveries, and ordering supplies
Summary of Qualifications

  • Experience in an administrative support position
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in a customer contact position communicating information
  • Experience organizing and prioritizing tasks
  • Experience in a position working with highly confidential information
  • Experience working under little or no supervision
  • Experience operating switchboard preferred
Work Location

The work location for this position will be full-time onsite Monday through Friday during normal business hours of 8:00am-4:45pm.
