Position description The Talent Development Specialist will design and implement employee programs in support of the BOND talent development framework to improve employee skills and knowledge. This position has an active role in shaping employee growth and development by assisting in the roll-out of talent practices across the organization including recruitment initiatives, training programs, performance management, and succession planning. The specialist will coordinate and manage project activities across the talent lifecycle, support employees with career advancement, and serve as the main contact for learning and development requests. Working in close partnership with Human Resources and key stakeholders, this position will contribute to the BOND talent development strategy, create and manage employee programs to enhance workforce skills, and support marketing and communication efforts to promote a culture of continuous learning aligned with business goals. Using data to inform needs, the specialist will assist in addressing skill gaps, proactively suggest and implement process improvements, and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs. This position is responsible for collaborating with the Talent Development Team to implement management and leadership development initiatives, business specific education initiatives, and other company wide programs.
