Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Analyze, design, and implement technical solutions to support marketing initiatives and drive business growth Combine technical expertise with marketing acumen, work closely with marketing teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate systems, and provide technical solutions that enhance marketing effectiveness Analyze and evaluate existing marketing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness Gather and document business requirements from marketing stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for marketing, including marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, data analytics dashboards, and campaign management tools Collaborate with developers, engineers, and marketing staff to ensure successful implementation of marketing technologies Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of marketing systems to ensure optimal performance Provide technical support and training to marketing end-users on new systems and processes Create and maintain technical documentation related to marketing systems, including system design documents, user manuals, and training materials Stay up to date with the latest marketing technologies and industry trends, including digital marketing, data analytics, and marketing automation Manage projects related to marketing technology implementations and ensure timely delivery of solutions Evaluate vendor products and services related to marketing technology Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing campaigns and strategies Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing Requirements: Strong technical background Analytical skills Marketing knowledge Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
