Description & Requirements
The Provisioning - Support Analyst I provides provisioning services within the Enterprise Depot, ensuring efficient management and distribution of firm hardware, including workstations, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and peripherals. This role also supports user account provisioning by managing access privileges and permissions based on organizational roles.
How you will contribute:
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach when interacting with Forvis Mazars personnel
- Ensure high-quality standards in work, client relationships, and team collaboration
- Meet performance metrics and organizational standards
- Adhere to written procedures, checklists, and quality control measures for project deployments
- Safeguard confidential materials and sensitive information
- Escalate unresolved requests and issues to the appropriate manager
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, instant messaging, and video conferencing
- Document actions taken, inquiries, comments, and concerns accurately
- Follow up on end-user interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Keep users informed about ticket status and set realistic expectations
- Validate, inspect, inventory, and record received and shipped equipment in the IT Asset Management (ITAM) system
- Prepare boxes, packaging materials, and shipping labels for returning or replacing equipment
- Image Windows-based systems following established procedures and guidelines
- Ensure systems meet encryption standards as defined by FTS Risk and Compliance guidelines before deployment
- Refurbish returned equipment for reuse within the organization
- Coordinate PC migration with users before deploying laptops to their destination
- Prepare and clean systems designated for retirement or return to leasing vendors

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a technical or computer science program, or possess relevant support center work experience
- At least one year of customer service experience in a technical environment or equivalent training
- In-depth technical knowledge of PCs, laptops, printers, and peripheral hardware devices
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, communications software, virus protection, and diagnostic tools
- Ability to diagnose and resolve onsite and remote computing issues
