Advanced Engineering Technician

• Support engineering teams in the design, integration, and testing of RF and electromechanical systems, including laser/light transmission devices and specialized test equipment.
• Construct, modify, debug, troubleshoot, and test RF circuits and components, including filters, amplifiers, and antennas.
• Perform RF signal integrity testing using spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, schematics, and RF block diagrams.
• Calibrate and maintain RF test setups and support EMI/EMC testing and shielding validation.
• Assist in the fabrication and assembly of prototype hardware, including RF enclosures and coaxial assemblies.
• Conduct and document statistically based experiments to characterize RF performance and process variability.
• Propose and implement RF-related process improvements and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Design basic tooling and RF test fixtures to support unique development tasks.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with RF systems or electromechanical hardware in a prototype or lab setting.
• Proficient with RF test equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Experience interpreting engineering documentation and schematics.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Production teams.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the use of fabrication tools
