Summary
Responsible for managing and assisting with the implementation of new projects and initiatives. Assists leaders and stakeholders in all facets of project work, from discovery to implementation, including developing project plans, coordinating resources and timelines, tracking progress and risks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring quality control. Works on multiple team projects simultaneously and may serve as project manager for a medium-sized project or several portions of a larger project. Focuses on project management details, including identifying gaps and follow-up actions that maximize project outcomes. Produces project deliverables, such as reports, presentations, and user manuals. Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions Takes the lead in maintaining and monitoring multiple project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. Organizes, attends, and participates in stakeholder meetings. Ensures projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. Assesses and escalates project risks and issues and provides solutions. Conducts research, maintains and analyzes data in systems, and develops reports to support projects. Liaises with the project team and key stakeholders to help define project requirements, scope, and objectives that align with organizational goals. Assigns and monitors resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
