Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday (possible Saturdays)

Pay Rate: $20 - $23/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Review and interpret order specs from project managers to develop accurate workflow documents and programming logic.
  • Develop and verify variable data imaging to meet press, production, and postal standards.
  • Create files, paperwork, and reports for internal departments including production and sales.
  • Handle customer data requests, including dumps, modifications, and proof-back changes.
  • Troubleshoot and support production teams with press imaging issues and resolution.
  • Maintain technical accuracy through ongoing skill development, software testing, and device upkeep.
  • Ensure accurate archiving, backup of files, and error-free order applications that meet customer and postal requirements.




Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years of related experience, experience in Adobe software, Microsoft Word/Excel, and printing knowledge.
