Pay: $25.00/hr - $27.00/hr

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements: A minimum of one year of experience using CargoWise is required, along with proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and familiarity with WeChat for communication. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are also necessary to excel in this role.

Job Duties: As a Logistics and E-Commerce Specialist, you will develop and maintain comprehensive logistics service offerings, including air, ocean (Full Container Load and Less than Container Load), trucking, warehousing, and customs brokerage. You will monitor service performance using Key Performance Indicators to drive continuous improvement while analyzing market trends and customer behavior to optimize pricing and service offerings. Providing accurate and timely pricing support for spot and contract quotes and ensuring compliance with pricing policies, internal profit targets, and cost recovery guidelines will be essential.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
