What You Will Do

  • Represent the interests of the business and serve as the liaison between stakeholders and the Finance/IT team.
  • Partner with Data Product Owners and Product Manager to prioritize the product backlog and connect stakeholders.
  • Ensure product strategy aligns with overall capability vision, strategies, and standards.
  • Identify and manage risks and anticipate downstream impacts of changes across systems/datasets.
  • Collaborate with Data Product Owner to drive Management of Change (MOC) and ensure smooth releases while minimizing disruption.
  • Partner with the Product Manager and stakeholders to ensure effective business transformation and advance the product roadmap.
  • Coordinate support resources in partnership with the Product Manager.
  • Demonstrate principled entrepreneurship to identify opportunities for optimization, transformation, and insightful financial analysis.
  • Convert ideas into defined value-creating opportunities and secure investment alignment through discovery sessions.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in data product ownership, managing product backlogs and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management, including product development, launch, and iteration
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams in both Finance and IT environments
  • Ability to lead discovery sessions and facilitate strategic discussions
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Proficient in business analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Sigma, SQL)
  • Experience in financial analysis or a similar role that demonstrates a solid understanding of financial concepts, performance measures, and economic principles
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Experience in advanced analytics, data science, and data engineering
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira)
