HR REPRESENTATIVE

Part of a 3 person HR Team supporting 200 teammates in Plymouth, MI.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Completes all necessary on-boarding and new hire processes.
• Assists team with recruitment efforts, New Hire Orientation, job fairs, etc.
• Maintains efiles and records.
• Scans and indexes employment data.
• Process Driver Payroll in Workday.
• Other duties may be assigned.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• 2 or more years of experience in an HR or payroll role is required.
