Administers all transportation department office functions. Dispatches shuttle buses under the direction of the transportation manager. Provides general information to the public regarding the shuttle operation. Fill out and enter accident reports. All duties of a regular driving position. Communicate with mechanics on operational needs and mechanical issues with buses. Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent experience. Minimum of one year training or teaching experience. Minimum of two years' experience in office clerical duties and computer operations. One to two years supervisory experience. State of California licensed bus driver. Previous guest and public relations experience desirable. Basic computer skills. Hourly pay rate: $24.84 to $27.04 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
