One of the most dynamic areas of change and investment is the advancement of AI / ML technologies. This role will play a critical role in driving adoption of a rapidly growing number of powerful proprietary and third party tools.

Role Summary:

Capital Group's Investment Group Capability Team is searching for a dynamic leader to drive our continuous and accelerating efforts to introduce new, AI-focused technologies for our investor community. This leader will be working on AI-powered tools and other key technologies, collaborating with Capability Leads, Portfolio Managers and Analysts, as well as world-class engineers, designers and product managers.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Own, develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for technology products - with special focus on AI technology - including product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market tactics.

* Own an ongoing go to market bill-of-material including in-app notifications, emails, brochures, in-person training (E.g., lunch & learns) and online training.

* Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with product teams, business management and any other relevant constituents. Partner closely with enterprise technology training teams, as well as dedicated investor development teams.

* Monitor and analyze performance, tools adoption, and customer success. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization. Initiate awareness building activities based on trends proactively observed.

* Serve as the point of contact with product management teams; representing the health of our ecosystem, launch efficiency and opportunities to improve.

* Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and partners. Understand the competitive landscape of other asset managers deeply.

* Coordinate and align various stakeholders' resources, vie for budget and spend when needed; ambitiously set collective goals and pursue them using cross-organizational influence and leaning into existing governance structures and teams.

* You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and five or more years of product management or product marketing experience; financial services or asset management experience highly preferred.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $201,203-$342,045 San Francisco Base Salary Range: $221,859-$377,160

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
