Business Analyst, Senior - Middle Markets and Small Business

Your Role

The Strategic Planning & Performance team develops long-term strategies, annual plans, and performance reporting for Middle Markets and Small Business lines of business. The Business Analyst, Senior - Middle Markets and Small Business will report to the Product Manager, Strategic Planning & Performance Manager. In this role you will be managing sales data and developing comprehensive reports to provide actionable insights that will enhance sales performance and drive growth.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Experience in querying and managing data in Excel required
• Experience in health plan required
• Experience in CRM or Salesforce preferred
• Experience in applying business rules to data and processes preferred
• Experience in VBA programming to enable MS Access user processes preferred
