The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivery of the full lifecycle of recruiting; including sourcing diverse talent pools, screening and hiring skilled, high quality associates. This individual will utilize various recruitment channels to source passive candidates, and schedule candidates for interviews with hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also consult with the line of business to develop short and long-term recruiting strategies, and will maintain a network of contacts with potential hires. This position will also maintain requisition tracking and conduct recruitment duties within the bank's regulatory requirements. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsible for delivering the full lifecycle of recruiting focusing on sourcing, identifying and hiring of employees. Coordinates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria. Sources potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Plans interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, video interviews, assessments and in-person interviews. Assesses candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our ADP Applicant Tracking System. Ensures positive candidate experiences from the initial application to the final on-boarding process. Maintains awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards. Leads employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.). Actively works toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization. Organizes and attends job fairs and recruitment events. Leads, supports and participates in the Bank's new hire orientation day on a monthly basis. Creates and updates data analytics for talent acquisition metrics and reporting. Achieves time-to-fill and quality-of-hire goals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Fosters long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Drives process improvement and TA project and program management efforts. Maintains sound recordkeeping to ensure regulatory compliance. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Proficient in using HRIS software (Applicant Tracking Systems) and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates Must be able to maintain confidential information and conduct oneself in a professional manner. Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred. Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and team oriented, with the ability to interact with all levels of management. Proficient with social media, resume databases and professional networks. Knowledge of federal and local employment laws as well as OFCCP compliance. An understanding of compliance, organizational structure, compensation and benefits. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills have strong organizational, follow-up, problem solving, and analytical skills. Requirements
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, related field or equivalent experience required. 1 to 3 years work experience in talent acquisition. Data Analytics experience a plus. INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS
