Are you ready to launch a rewarding career in customer service? Gate City Bank is hiring Customer Service Specialists to join our Customer Service Center (Call Center) in Fargo. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, helping customers with their accounts, online banking, debit card questions, and more.

No experience? No problem! Our comprehensive 12-week paid on-site training will give you everything you need to succeed - including in-depth knowledge of our banking products, services, and tools. Every day is different, and you'll have the support to grow and thrive.

SCHEDULE:
