Position Summary The Project Manager Production is responsible for being the main point of contact and oversees all activities related to the planning, development, execution and monitoring of new and existing programs within the Tech Ops Heavy Maintenance (MX) organization. The Project Manager (PM) works along with JetBlue engineering, compliance, engines, fleet, heavy maintenance, quality, and planning ensuring all major objectives, milestones, and deliverables are met and communicated throughout the org. The PM reports to the Manager of Heavy MX Programs and Materials. Essential Responsibilities
- Support JetBlue fleet modification initiatives through all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Ability to track program progress to a high-level timeline. Delegate actions to appropriate internal stakeholders and ensure completion.
- Triage risks as they arise, plan mitigation, and escalate appropriately.
- Interface with internal Tech Ops, fleet programs, product development, and accounting to support projects.
- Create and maintain project capital budget, providing updates for quarterly and 5 year plans.
- Provide regular report outs on current progress to manager and VP level audience.
- Liaise and visit with Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) business partners as needed to support project efforts including project milestone meetings, prototypes, MRO preparedness meetings, ongoing support, and other potential work packages.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
- Five (5) years' experience working in project support, aircraft maintenance, engineering, or
- Working knowledge and experience with TRAX materials, planning, engineering functions
- Working knowledge and experience with materials and logistics forecasting and processes
- Working knowledge and experience with service bulletins, engineering orders and task cards
- Familiarity with key JetBlue Tech Ops stakeholders, understanding whom to contact in various situations to quickly resolve issues
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work well with others and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
- Possess and maintain a valid Driver License and a driving record from the state of your primary residence that meets JetBlue Airways' insurance standards
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a valid Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Badge for JFK or MCO
- Must be available for low to moderate business travel (10-50%) as needed
- Currently in possession of a valid passport or equivalent travel documents to travel freely in and out of all JetBlue destinations
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Prior history of successfully managing large scale aircraft modification/upgrade programs.
- Seven (7) years' experience working in project support, aircraft maintenance, engineering
- Experience managing and communicating risks to the overall project and program.
- Experience communicating written and verbal updates up to executive leadership.

- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

Compensation:
- The base pay range for this position is between $80,000.00 and $136,200.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include performance bonuses, restricted stock units, as well as access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
