Key Responsibilities:

* Set up and operate wire coiling and forming equipment.

* Interpret blueprints, work orders, and job specifications.

* Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.

* Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.

* Document production data and maintain accurate records.

* Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

* Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance as required.

* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

* Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.

* Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
