What we expect As part of our production team, a Machine Attendant is responsible for overseeing a cell of high-volume automated machines in the areas of coating, quality, or packaging. You will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on our output and production and take ownership of your part of the process. Responsibilities: Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment with a keen focus on machine quality and performance Foster a collaborative work environment with all team members and support staff through both written and verbal communication. Document machine and attainment performance daily. Conduct quality inspection finish product. Engage in continuous improvement activities that align with Lean manufacturing principles.
