IT Senior Business Analyst

Job Brief:

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our IT Governance and Reporting team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and govern our Security Configuration Baseline and Multifactor Authentication processes, ensuring the highest standards of security and efficiency.

As an IT Governance Analyst, you will collaborate with a diverse and talented group of professionals, including Technology Owning Teams, Security Architecture, Vulnerability Management, DevSec Ops, Variance Oversight, and many more. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting these critical processes and driving our organization forward.

Essential Job Functions:

Security Configuration Baseline and Multifactor Authentication (MFA) Process Owner

• Administration and Monitoring:Oversee the Security Configuration Baselines and MFA processes, ensuring they are properly managed and monitored in collaboration with Security teams.
• Compliance:Partner with Technology owning teams to ensure compliance with baselines and MFA requirements, capture evidence, and adhere to established SLAs.
• Metrics and Reporting:Responsible for reporting metrics and risks related to both the Security Configuration Baseline and MFA processes, including presenting findings to the Technology community.
• ServiceNow Collaboration:Work with ServiceNow teams to manage integration.
• Dashboard Development:Develop and monitor ServiceNow dashboards for Tenable and Prisma data.
• Control Procedures:Perform control procedures to ensure baseline and MFA controls are sustainable and effective.

IT Governance Support Activities

• Collaboration:Partner with Vulnerability Management, Prisma, and Identity Management teams to consult on IT Governance of Security processes.
• Team Support:Support members of the IT Governance and Reporting team as needed, including participating in internal and external audits and exams.

Required Qualifications:

• Education/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of business or process analysis experience
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity or understanding of the following frameworks/concepts: Technology and Process governance, Security Configuration Baselines, Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Cybersecurity practices and frameworks (NIST), Operating Systems and Network
• Familiarity or understanding of the following tools & technologies: ServiceNow, Tenable, Prisma, Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)

• Excellent planning and organization skills, with a commitment to delivering on aggressive deadlines.
• Desire to learn and develop problem solving skills.
• A basic knowledge of technology and security principles.

As a result, this role may be mobile or home based, which means you may work either at a home office or in a Key facility to perform your job duties. If located near a KeyBank location, the position in the future may work partially from a Key facility. If not located near a Key facility, team will consider remote workers.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $79,000.00 to $146,000.00annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includeseligibility forshort-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
