Job Title: Vehicle Sales Coordinator Location: Reading, PA About Us: Our client, a prominent player in the truck leasing and logistics industry, is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Vehicle Sales Coordinator to join their team in Reading PA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of vehicle sales and customer support processes. Job Description: As a Vehicle Sales Coordinator, you will assist the sales team and work with the customer base to ensure the completion of vehicle purchase transactions. Daily interaction with sales representatives, customers, and field locations via phone and email communication will be required. This position is essential for ensuring that sales are finalized quickly and accurately, and customers have a positive purchase experience. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate vehicle sales, including invoicing and document completion. * Confirm with field locations that vehicles are ready for pickup. * Collect payments and provide customer assistance. * Obtain signed documents from customers. * Enter sales-related information into SalesForce.com and Fleetnet systems. * Answer customer and associate phone calls that come into the department. * Update Microsoft Access and Excel spreadsheets for report generation. * Other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Skills and Qualifications: * Administrative Support: 2+ years of administrative support and customer service experience required. * Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask. * Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others. * Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in the use of Microsoft programs and strong overall computer skills required. * Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred. * Additional Skills: Bi-lingual is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
