Work Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm EST Length of Contract: 4 months Possible Contract to Hire Role? potentially Top 3-5 Must Have Non-negotiable Skills Required 1. Managing Calendar 2. Scheduling and managing corporate travel (leaders who travel frequently and have schedule changes) 3. T&E submission 4. Basic office support Duties & Responsibilities * Interface with and support Connected Care Group leadership with administrative tasks and assignments. * Represent Baxter to external customers and vendors. Maintain a high level of confidence to sensitive company and product information. * Heavy calendar management. * Travel and expense report management. * Coordinate with other Connected Care administrative staff to plan and prepare for internal meetings, events, etc. * Back-up to Raleigh site Office Manager. Cross cover front desk. * Special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with high levels of the organization. * Ability to work independently and identify proactive solutions to complex situations. * Manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail and high degree of accuracy and timeliness. * Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Education/Experience * HS diploma or equivalent. Associate degree or professional certification preferred. * 8+ years experience supporting Leadership staff as a Sr Administrative professional. Supports one or more mid-level managers. Works in low to medium-complex environment. Performs routine administrative duties: placing, receiving and routing telephone calls; receiving and directing visitors, typing, filing, faxing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, order and maintain supplies, provide backup coverage to other administrative desks. Has basic to intermediate computer skills including: word processing and spreadsheet software. Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. |
