How you will make history here...

The Walmart Category Leadership Associate Manager will be responsible for driving category and Campbell growth and executing Category Management team objectives. This person will build strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.

This role is responsible for reporting, tracking, and analyzing data. The Category Leadership Associate Manager will be an expert in data, systems, and tools. They will utilize syndicated and panel data to create clear, accurate, and actionable insights. They will articulate the information using storytelling and strong written and verbal communication.

The Category Leadership Associate Manager will maintain item, store, and trait data and attributions in various tools. This position may also be responsible for drawing and reviewing planograms, maintaining traits and trait requests, and setting planograms at the layout center or mod room.

What you will do...

  • Building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor internally and with Walmart
  • Advanced reporting and analytics utilizing Scintilla, IRI, Retail Link, Madrid, Power BI, Alteryx, and other tools
  • Utilizing category and shopper data to develop actionable insights
  • Expertise in systems and tools
  • Clear communication of information and actionable insights to cross-functional internal and external stakeholders including leadership and Walmart
  • Monthly internal newsletter and additional share out communications
  • Maintaining item and store attribution, user access, and modular traits
  • Physically resetting planograms at layout center and/or mod room
  • May include drawing and reviewing planograms and managing trait requests

What you will bring to the table...

  • Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred Experience: 5+ years industry experience

Working Conditions:

  • This role falls into our hybrid work model; working in our Rogers, AR office Tuesday through Thursday (3 days).
  • Due to the nature of the position, work may require manual labor and occasional lifting not to exceed 30 pounds.
  • Approximately 10-20% travel may be required.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$87,900-$126,400

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
