Description
TheSpecialized Services Operations Manager plays a crucial role in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives within Specialized Services, which includes Premier Banking, Business Development, and Relocation. This position is pivotal in analyzing data driven processes, procedures and workflows to enhance the efficiency and productivity of Specialized Services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage projects and tasks assigned by Specialized Services leadership, ensuring progress is communicated and tasks/projects are managed timely and to completion.
- Work independently to analyze processes through identifying industry trends in Specialized Services technology
- Partner with key stakeholders to optimize and document business processes and requirements related to Specialized Services data
Collaborate with leadership to develop and enhance insights and reporting, ensuring they are dynamic and focused on solutions.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to communicate results of analysis and possible solutions
Act as the main point of contact between Specialized business units and the Data Analysis/Deposit Products team, fostering collaboration to ensure data alignment and integration.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all Specialized business areas (Premier Banking, Business Development, and Relocation) and seamlessly transition between them to ensure smooth and synchronized operations.
Experience and Education Requirement:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree preferred in in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an analytic, project management or process management role within the financial services industry
- Demonstrated effective time management skills and the ability to work independently or in a collaborative team environment
- Strong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences, notably executive leadership
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Basic understanding of SQL and other relational database systems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to resolve complex issues with minimal direction
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification: AGILE certification preferred but not required

Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $75,000 - $90,000 annually + annual bonus
