Focus will be on driving and winning opportunities to grow customers based on the product management strategies. This leader will align and collaborate with Integer's other medical device Product Category sales leaders to ensure cohesive account strategies and relationships with Integer's strategic customers. Success will be measured by incumbent's effectiveness in developing strong sales talent and leadership, as well as a process-based and results-driven organization. Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Owns development of business strategy. Ensure adherence and effective execution of the strategy to achieve short-term and long-term product line revenue and profit targets
- Assumes full accountability for the overall strategic sales strategy and direction of respective Product Category. Responsible for driving revenue growth, future growth pipeline, pricing, and other commercial activities to generate profitability and cash flow.
- Develops extensive understanding of customer trends, market trends, and competitive activities, and develops and implements an outside-in Product Category Sales Customer growth strategy.
- Lead, manage and develop a team of Product Managers/Directors and Marketing personnel responsible for ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration and strategy execution with all functions, including Sales, Operations, R&D, Quality/Regulatory, and Finance
- Effectively leads a multi-layered sales team of directors, managers, and individual contributors Effectively prioritizes and manages all end-to-end aspects of the PC sales activities; continuously evaluates internal processes to optimize efficiency and customer-focus.
- Creates and maintains strong account partnerships at all levels of the organization; influences company leadership and elevates Integer's strategic position within accounts.
- Responsible for ensuring critical agreements and MSAs are effectively negotiated and finalized, putting PC and Integer in the best position for growth and profitability.
- Ensure alignment of the product line strategy and innovation plan through the development of Technology and Capability roadmaps (in conjunction with technical and operations teams)
- Implements a value-based selling process to increase commercial success while maximizing price and profitability.
- Develops and implements critical commercial processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency, metrics & KPIs, and business review cadence within commercial team.
- Hosts strategic business reviews internally and externally, ensuring effective planning, partnerships, and execution across PC.
- Develops robust training programs for sales team.
- Responsible for providing strong leadership to team, building and developing strong and successful talent bench who drive competitive advantage, and creating succession plans ensuring long-term success of implemented sales strategy.

Education & Experience:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's in business, Finance, or related field required; MBA preferred
- Minimum Experience: Seeking candidates with over 15 years of progressive experience in sales development, product management, marketing, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing strategic plans and managing large accounts within complex and sizable organizations. Preference will be given to those with training and experience from blue-chip public companies. Med-tech experience is advantageous but not essential.
