As a Tax Senior, you'll gain deep industry insight. You'll be able to sit across the table from a CFO from your industry and speak their language. You will become a true industry consultant.

CLA is looking to hire a Tax Senior to join our fast-growing Tax Team in our Sacramento office!

As a Tax Senior, you will:

• Prepare, supervise and review Exempt Organization federal and state annual informational and business income tax returns.

• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues.

• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.

• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.

• Expand your technical and professional knowledge through greater exposure to client interactions, regular self-study, and training opportunities.

• Get the opportunity to work with many great clients

What you will need:

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• You have or are eligible to sit for the CPA license, preferred.

• You have at least 2 years' experience as an associate in public accounting.

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. These same factors may cause starting pay to be below or above the posted range.

Wage Range in CA is $83,200.00 - $127,000.00 USD Annual
