The position will include a steady and stable workload to assist with the day-to-day aspects of compliance and compliance related services for our clients. How you will contribute: Prepare sales and use tax data from clients to be used in sales and use tax return processing Prepare and file sales and use tax returns for various tax jurisdictions Manage compliance with state and local tax laws as well as maintain accurate tax records Electronically file sales and use tax returns on the tax jurisdiction's website Process sales and use tax payments for clients as part of the return filing process Obtain a working knowledge of the sales and use tax return preparation software We are looking for people with Forward Vision and: Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential business matters A strong sense of professional ethics and judgment Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and managing schedule in alignment with department needs Ability to build effective working relationships with others Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree in accounting, Finance, Business or related field Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 2 years or more of experience in tax compliance, sales and use tax, or accounting Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field #LI-CLTSP, #LI-CLTU #LI-SS1
