Click for a complete list of Employee Benefits. UI Health is seeking two Human Resource Officers to join our Employee Relations team. This role will work under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Employee Relations, and be responsible for drafting and processing Human Resource and Employee/Labor Relations transactions for Civil Service employees (Open Range and Service Employee International Union, Local 73 bargaining unit members (SEIU) employees. The Human Resource Officer acts as a navigator and assists in conducting investigations, maintaining records, and preparing reports. This position also serves as a liaison to the University Human Resources and Labor and Employee Relations units, Office for Access and Equity, and external agencies on matters involving employee relations. Duties & Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications Required: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Any one or any combination totaling three (3) years (36 months) from the following categories: A. course work in human resource administration, business administration or a closely related field, as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent:
B. progressively more responsible work experience maintaining, monitoring, and/or processing human resource records and reports.
