Overview

Job Purpose

The Senior Analyst, Product Operations role is focused on providing the day-to-day support needed to ensure our delivery products are dependable, reliable, and contain accurate and high-quality data. As part of the larger Product Operations team, we have a responsibility for the successful management and configuration capabilities of contracted content and technology.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily production of services and Day-to-Day support for Delivery Products.
    • Help ensure that delivery products and services are released on-time and with accurate data.
    • Help manage and remediate production issues as they occur to minimize client impact. Work with Client Service regarding client notifications as needed.
    • Participate in postmortem review meetings following major production issues. Track and ensure key remediation actions are closed out.
    • Work with Client Service in drafting Incident Summary Reports (ISR), as needed.
    • Manage the priority of BAU product fixes and changes needed to ensure ongoing reliable production.
    • Work with the Delivery Team to ensure best practices are used when configuring client files. Provide training as needed.
    • Work with Finance and Sales to research billing questions.
    • Create and maintain tools and documentation to support the Pricing Delivery Products implementation.
  • Manage the priority and implementation of small enhancements to help close new sales opportunities and increase client satisfaction.
    • Work with the Delivery Team, Pre-sales/Product Solutions, and Sales to identify and qualify these opportunities.
  • Support client migrations and other special projects as needed.
  • Work with Product Management (PM) on implementation of strategic initiatives.
    • Work with PM and development to schedule and implement the strategic initiatives and balance the priority versus the BAU and Small Enhancements projects.
  • Manage and deploy solutions for source mandated changes across our delivery products.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or other related business degree required
  • Strong knowledge of the financial data industry is essential
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Excellent writing and customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, with strong XML, HTML, SQL, and Tableau skills
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to operate under strict deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
  • Graduate work a plus
