We are seeking a Human Resource Specialist to support the office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation (DASA DEC). You will manage the employee life cycle including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training employees, and administer employee benefits. You will provide advice and precedent-setting on various personnel related topics. In addition, you will provide interpretation of policies and regulations. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements:

• BS or BA degree
• 5 years of experience
• Must have an in-scope DoD Secret clearance
