The Assistant Director of Admissions for the Kellogg Executive MBA:
- Serves as an active member of the Admissions team, participating in all aspects of the admissions process including recruitment, selection and yield to matriculate world class students and achieve the program enrollment goals.
- Is a brand ambassador and relationship builder who leads admissions events and manages extensive, ongoing one-on-one contact with a high volume of prospective students.
- Collaborates with a broad range of key Kellogg stakeholders including Marketing, Outreach and Communications, and Academic and Student Experience along with students and alumni to provide strategic admissions input and achieve program objectives.

Job Summary:
Partner strategically with the Director of Executive Admissions and the broader admissions team in all aspects of the application process to attract world-class students to Kellogg.
This role will serve as a thought leader to help design, plan, and execute continuous efforts to maintain and improve Kellogg's competitiveness. This includes leading and supporting recruitment, evaluation and yield related activities. The role is based in Miami and requires the ability to periodically travel domestically.

- Ability to work some weekends and evenings as needed; flexibility in schedule required for managing peaks periods throughout the year
- Kellogg offers a flexible work environment, including partial remote work flexibility depending on the role
Specific Responsibilities:
- Serve as a thought leader to help design, plan, execute, and continuously improve Kellogg's process to matriculate high quality candidates
- Market Kellogg and embodies the brand as an ambassador through all interactions with prospective students and key stakeholders (alumni, current students, faculty, staff etc.)
- Attend and lead local and domestic in person and virtual admissions events and activities
- Connect over-arching Kellogg academic and cultural goals to day-to-day conversations and interactions with prospective students via multiple communication channels (i.e. in person, virtual, phone, email)
- Build, manage and maintain relationships with a high volume of prospective students and provide personalized guidance and support throughout the application process
- Actively contributes to all aspects of the selection process for the associated program, including interviewing candidates, evaluating applications, and delivering decisions
- Collaborate with other Kellogg functions and centers of expertise, such as Marketing, Outreach and Communications, Academic and Student Experience, and the Career Management Center to identify target populations and improve Kellogg's ability to matriculate them
- Build effective relationships with key internal and external partners to continuously improve Kellogg's ability to matriculate high quality, target candidates
- Manage and participate in program specific and cross-functional, cross-program projects and initiatives focused on enhancing the Kellogg admissions and broader experience
- Create, run and analyze reports, designs survey and analyze findings to report results, recognize trends, and identify improvement opportunities
- Regularly update and monitor systems to maintain accurate candidate data
- Accountable to and drive towards total Kellogg goals, identify opportunities and risks, and collaborate across teams, departments and functions to problem solve solutions and stay current on program and marketplace trends
- Assist with other responsibilities, projects and initiatives, and administrative duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired
- 4+ years of admissions experience and/or similar experience in marketing/recruitment or a similar field
- Competent with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ years of admissions experience and/or similar experience in marketing/recruitment or a similar field
- Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Strong project management skills that effectively deploy budget and personnel related resources
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and explain results for the purposes of data-driven decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to engage, develop relationships with, and influence senior-level colleagues, alumni and prospective MBA students
Target hiring range for this position will be $70,000 - $80,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
