Lubbock Senior Advisor - Residence Life 41011BR University Student Housing Position Description Advises individuals and provides guidance services regarding routine to complex issues in assigned area. Work is performed under general supervision in accordance with established policies and procedures. This title will require an extended, descriptive title. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or progressively responsible related experience to equal six (6) years. Preferred Qualifications Previous office experience; strong customer service skills with experience serving a wide customer base; acute attention to detail; experience with Texas Tech University student management and technology systems (Banner, Cognos, Sharepoint, Xtender, etc.) a plus; experience with and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Access and Excel) Safety Information Adherence to robust safety practices and compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations are responsibilities of all TTU employees.
