Description and Requirements

Lead a high-performing team dedicated to achieving industry-leading operations through effective customer collaboration. This role involves managing demand forecasting, supply commitments, inventory planning, and corresponding account operations. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as business planning, product management, sales, marketing, supply chain, global business units, and customer support is essential to achieve key objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Team Leadership & Development:

  • Manage and develop the North American (NA) Consumer retail customer collaboration team.
  • Set clear job expectations aligned with NA strategy and leadership objectives.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Encourage team growth and recognize achievements.
  • Provide guidance in business analysis, reporting systems, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Assist the team in interpreting complex data and tracking relevant metrics.
  • Guide the team in adapting to process changes as business needs evolve.

Operational Accountability:
  • Maintain and update documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Drive process improvements to achieve internal goals for forecast accuracy, Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR), and Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) management.
  • Oversee the inventory process for consumer retail, including replenishment thresholds, approvals, and maintaining FGI limits.
  • Analyze complex situations and implement new approaches or processes for the retail customer collaboration team.
  • Plan and execute projects and assignments as they arise.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Advise leadership on business objectives, Business Management Systems (BMS), operations and actions needed to drive business results.
  • Influence management on critical and strategic decisions related to held accounts.
  • Support sales and category teams in selling and installing products, offerings, solutions, and services.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in retail planning, supply chain, or sales operations.
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development.
  • Ability to perform adapt to changing market dynamics and help the team navigate resulting changes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with strategic thinking.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
