Sales - Veterinary Diagnostics ( Bilingual : English / Spanish )

Join IDEXX as a Veterinary Diagnostic Consultant, where you'll drive B2B sales of our cutting-edge veterinary diagnostic products and services. You'll build strong relationships with veterinary practices, delivering tailored solutions that grow diagnostic revenue and enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a sales territory to grow recurring revenue and achieve quarterly equipment sales targets.
• Use consultative selling to match customer needs with IDEXX's portfolio.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to close capital equipment deals.
• Educate veterinary staff on products, services, and marketing initiatives.
• Represent customer feedback to internal teams and support lab operations.
• Attend trade shows and educational events.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience; medical/veterinary device or capital equipment sales preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work occasional weekends.
• Ability to travel two weeks per quarter or as business needs require to the Caribbean Region including the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico
• Must reside within 2 hours of an international airport; travel to Caribbean Islands required.
• Valid passport required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $65000 - $68000 / year + quarterly commissions.
• Company-provided phone, laptop, and credit card.
