Job Description:

Hitachi Rail Honoluluis looking for an enthusiastic self-motivatedLandscape and Cleaning Supervisor to work on our Honolulu Rail Project.As the successful candidate your ideas for continuous improvement and creativity are welcome. The position is based inPearl City,HI.

Responsible for repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities. Performs electrical, painting, and/or carpentry repairs of fixtures and equipment on company premises. Conducts periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required. Maintains all equipment necessary to perform work. Primary emphasis is on performance of a variety of maintenance tasks, rather than a high degree of skill in any particular trade. A Specialist Para-Professional (S4) requires advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities may include: Working under limited supervision for non-routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations. Training, delegating and reviewing the work of lower level employees. Problems are typically difficult and non-routine but not complex.

The salary range for this position is $83,300 - $125,000.

Final pay is determined by the candidate's experience, skillset and ability level, internal equity and location.
