Responsibilities

  • Developing and building meaningful and trusted relationships across internal teams, customer stakeholders, and key influential third-party stakeholders.
  • Leading a team of Client Managers, guiding their development and ensuring client success. Your focus will be on enhancing the client experience, driving retention, and delivering excellence.
  • Persuading, motivating, and inspiring action to achieve delivery excellence. Collaborates cross-functionally to optimize Product/Service/Delivery outcomes to ensure overall client success and retention.
  • Acting as a change agent; Seeks out and pursues new ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Possessing a deep understanding of key performance metrics. Proactively tracks and monitors team performance and provides appropriate direction and guidance to support colleague development and effective execution.
  • Providing coaching and feedback on performance, individual development plans, workload distribution, and adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
  • Acting as an advocate and connector of capabilities, support, and/or services for clients. Advocating internally and facilitating the involvement of stakeholders and other functions to achieve common goals for the client and Alight Solutions.
  • Supporting Client Managers with client renewals for assigned book of business. Collaborating cross-functionally across the enterprise to ensure a holistic approach and effective execution throughout the renewal cycle.
  • Partnering with Sales and Commercial teams to identify and support client expansion opportunities.
  • Leading and supporting strategic client engagements, including executive-level meetings, remediation planning, service reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Annual Stewardship reviews as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and client-specific requirements.
  • Overseeing change request submissions, defect management, and pre/post-production testing coordination.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles within Account Management, HR services, or disability/absence management.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience, in a virtual environment.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Display communication, analytical, and executive presence skills that are dynamic.
  • Have education of bachelor or equivalent experience; advanced.
  • Have experience with contract interpretation, pricing models, and financial acumen.
  • Enhanced ability to build, lead, and develop teams focused on client and operational management and client retention.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

65,700.00 USD

Maximum :

80,300.00 USD
