Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, Scripps College is recruiting an Assistant Director of Planning and Construction to join their team in the heart of Southern California. This position will be on-site in Claremont, CA. The salary rate of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
About the Role Scripps College is seeking a visionary Assistant Director of Planning & Construction to lead strategic capital and facilities projects across our historic and evolving campus. In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of capital and minor improvement projects that shape the future of Scripps College's campus. You will guide projects from conception to completion, manage construction budgets, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with local, state, and institutional regulations. Your work will directly support the college's mission, enhance the student experience, and contribute to a campus environment that fosters community, innovation, and excellence.
