Lead BI Reporting Analyst Washington, DC (Hybrid) MUST: Eligible for High level Public Trust - Preferred Active DoD Secret Clearance| Experienced BI Reporting Analyst Must be eligible for Top Secret clearance in the future Experienced Lead Systems Reporting Analyst 10+ years of progressive experience in working in Business intelligence (BI) as an Analyst for IT programs 5+ years of experience creating and managing high level BI custom reports for Federal or DoD clients Strong Oracle SQL scripting experience is a MUST 2+ years of experience providing direct reports and management for Database projects Experience of providing complete project support from award to delivery/deployment Expertise creating complex reports utilizing Cognos, Crystal and Oracle Experience creating and maintaining reporting repositories Strong experience working with Cognos Applications Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong client facing and customer service skills Current SCRUM or PMP Certification strongly desired Bachelor's Degree in related field in required DUTIES: The ideal candidate will work closely with the Program manager and the Federal client to ensure all deliverables and reports meet contract expectations This candidate will be responsible for all reporting solutions, which include performing technical and factual research, gathering requirements, verifying existing data records, retrieving data from existing databases, and compiling case-related information from database records Direct, supervise, and review the work of the Programmer Analyst/Sr. Systems Engineer and Programmer Analyst contractor personnel providing support to the client and work in a player coach capacity This candidate will attend meetings with internal and external clients assisting in any data/reporting related inquires Effectively communicates and assists upper management on all reporting needs Directs, supervises, trains, and motivates team members, ensuring timeliness and compliance with the program's contractual requirements Designs and develops systems and procedures for tracking, controlling, and managing the completion of duties Perform technical and factual research, including online data searches, verification of existing data records, data retrieval from existing databases, and compilation of case-related information from database records Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
