Sr.DBA / DB Migration Lead - Oracle RDS

Migration of MySQL Onprem database to Oracle RDS.

Support the development and implementation of database migration strategies.

Provide expert guidance on database architecture and design to enhance system performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Implement best practices for database management and optimization.

Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

Develop and maintain documentation for database configurations and performance tuning procedures.

Analyze system requirements and recommend appropriate database solutions.

Ensure data integrity and security across all database platforms.

Conduct regular DB performance assessments and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of database processes and methodologies.

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is [$49,001 to $92,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
• This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
