We are seeking a motivated healthcare analyst to join the Quality and Safety Analytics team. This role advances performance improvement efforts by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights for clinical and operational leaders. The ideal candidate will have experience working with healthcare data, strong data visualization skills (Excel, Tableau), and a demonstrated commitment to collaboration in a service-oriented, mission-driven environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and drive system-wide quality improvement. The Business Intel Analyst II manages business intelligence by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting. This position reports on trends, patterns, insights to ensure VCU Health System evidence-based decisions align with its vision, goals, and business strategy. The Business Intel Analyst II collects, aggregates, and analyzes data from multiple internal and external sources. This role drives insights into business and market performance. The Business Intel Analyst II produces clear and actionable reports that identify key performance indicators, areas of opportunity and risk, root cause sources, and business impact. This role uses analytical skills and metrics to improve processes for business decision making. This role also participates in complex projects and initiatives, requiring cross-functional coordination impacting overall business strategy and outcomes. The Business Intel Analyst III collects, aggregates, and analyzes data from multiple internal and external sources. The Business Intelligence Analyst III drives insights into business and market performance. This position produces clear and actionable reports that identify key performance indicators, areas of opportunity and risk, root cause sources, and business impact.
